DAY 10EN
last day at TTSHnever thought i would be so attached to
TTSH just working for
2weeks ..so much reluctance & sad feelings as i walk out of the dept, & eventually out of the building. It's the people i dun want to say good-bye to, cos they really made the days in
TTSH fun & at the same time a real learning experience.

you really took care of us like ur children during my one week in
Emergency Dept.
- always asking us to go fer early break, lunch & home (never tire yourselves as students)
- asking us to take a rest whenever there are no cases
- teaching us how to handle patients of all kinds, esp cases in ED

thanks fer sharing with us ur student & working experiences. giving us tips to finish our reports. plus, had a great time gossipping bout teachers in NYP. wahahahaa.

you've taught me how to present myself in front of patients, their relatives & oso the staff nurses & doc. & also how not to let myself get bullied when i start work next time. you've made me realise patient care is impt but the need to protect myself against others is as equally impt too. & & & thank you for signing 3 of my competency reports! can always count on you fer that. =) your fun-loving-ness oso made my days in IP a lil less boring ..

you made my days in IP a lil less boring too, trying to start a conversation, snapping around with your camera phone and allowing me to follow you fer portable rounds. thou i din help you much in work but i really appreciate the opportunities you gave me to try hands-on ..but i always seem to disappoint you cos i havent learnt the techniques. sorry ..

in terms of teaching teachniques, i've learnt the most from you. even though i only work under you fer 2 days, you really set a deep impression on me. thanks for making me feel that i am capable & confident by letting me handle the cases on my own, explaining to me my weakness & mistakes. it serves as a great motivation. you're strict but in a comfortable manner. you've been a great teacher ..hope everything goes well in HK fer you next month onwards. bon voyage.
